Ricky Perinchief is a two-time Emmy® Award-Winning Director and Editor, with 25 years of broadcast television and corporate marketing experience. He is a highly sought-after systems integrator and pro audio-visual/lighting consultant, specializing in churches and houses of worship. You may know Ricky from his work with Blackmagic Design, as a product seeder, or his YouTube reviews for technologies focused on the church market.

He achieved early success starting his father's television ministry at NOW Church in Ocala, Florida. That program quickly became a ratings hit on the local ABC affiliate, scoring a 71 share on Nielsen ratings, and later expanding into 80 countries—while simultaneously catapulting Ricky's career! Over the years he's been privileged to work with Disney, Showtime, Touchstone Pictures, ESPN, Universal Studios, Governor Jeb Bush, and more; traveling to 50 countries and 44 states.

Ricky’s writings, product reviews, and client installs are regularly featured in top tech magazines like Technologies for Worship Magazine, AV Technology, Sound & Communications, PLSN, and more. He is passionate about the local church and training the next generation of techies; through one-on-one coaching, workshops, or in large sessions at InfoComm or LDI. Ricky credits much of his success to a supportive family and the mentors around him; an intimate group industry titans who have taken him under their wing.
His Florida-based company, Proton Global Media Group, offers design, consulting, training, systems integration, and installation. From a simple tech upgrade, to the detailed infrastructure required to build a new cutting-edge worship center; they have the unique ability to train volunteers with little or no experience, using the latest in smart technology to help automate menial tasks.
