Mark Harrison

T1 Agency
Mark wants to change the world, for the better. And with over 30 years of experience-driven sponsorship and marketing expertise, he has learned how strategically thoughtful storytelling can engage, influence, and motivate audiences in immeasurable ways.

He is a big believer in purpose, be that brand purpose or people being purposeful in everything that they do. Twenty-seven years ago, these fervent beliefs inspired him to start his own award-winning agency, The T1 Agency, and most recently The MH3 Group.

The MH3 Group is a group of ventures that span from advertising and sponsorship marketing to integrated communications and education. Including T1, Humanity, global conference SponsorshipX, Black Talent Initiative (BTI), and Park Street Education, each MH3 Group company shares a collective consciousness that focuses on empowering people, promoting social equity, and reimagining a world where entrepreneurial passion and purpose comes to life.

Never one to rest, Mark sits on NFL Canada’s Football Development Advisory Committee. In addition to his role as Advisor at Crankworx and wonderMakr, Mark is a member of the International Institute for Sports Business and Leadership at the University of Guelph and has developed MBA-level courses on entrepreneurism which have been taught at Universities in the US and Canada. He is also a member of the Board of Directors at Big Brothers Big Sisters Toronto and a Campaign Cabinet and Marketing Committee Member at CAMH Foundation – two organizations that are near and dear to his heart.
