LEIGH M. MARSHALL is a multidisciplinary writer, performer, and editor. Marshall's work has been selected for the Lanford Wilson New American Play Festival (FAME HEAUX), the Ground Floor Residency at Berkeley Repertory Theater (THE ROSALINE PLAY), The Examined Life Conference (LATERALITY), the Iowa City Book Festival and the International Writing Program/Prairie Lights Reading Series (MARAT'S DEAD). She has been a two-time finalist for the Bay Area Playwrights Festival, NewFest at Emerson Stage, the Curatorial Fellowship at On the Boards; and a two-time semifinalist for the National Playwrights Conference at the O'Neill, the Jerome/Many Voices Fellowships, the June Bingham Commission, and Juilliard. Currently, she is the Online Theater & Film Editor at BOMB Magazine. Next up: Marshall will originate the role of Kai in the World Premiere of GETTING THERE by Dipika Guha (New Conservatory Theater).
