Elmer Veith has spent more than 20 years working in the entertainment industry, focusing on rigging and structure-related projects. Having worked for several industry-leading companies, he is currently the Head of Sales and Training for Reliable Design Services in Dallas, TX. Pas projects have included the development of the R3 Outdoor Stage Roof system, Lombardi Trophy structure at the NFL Experience 2018, RAM Truck and Nissan Truck exhibits at the State Fair of Texas, and the development of the Pointman Electric Chain hoist.

Elmer has been an active member of the ESTA Technical Standards Program - Rigging Working Group since 2007, and currently serves as the Recording Secretary for the Entertainment Services and Technology Association (ESTA).
