Christer Björkman is a Swedish singer and television producer most commonly associated with The Eurovision Song Contest and Melodifestivalen.

From 2002 to 2021 he served as a producer of Melodifestivalen, and became and important figure in The Eurovision Song Contest when he became a member of the Reference Group.

Christer served as a producer in five Eurovision Finals. Most recently he served as Contest Producer for The Eurovision Song Contest 2019 in Tel Aviv, Israel.

In 2020 Christer changed gear and has ever since put all his focus on developing the American format together with Ola Melzig and their team. They both acted as Executive Producers for The American Song Contest 2022.
