He has over 20 years of professional experience in the AVL industry as a Performing Artist, Live Audio Engineer, Creative Producer/Director, Studio Recording Engineer, Lighting Designer, Project Manager, Systems Designer, Full-Stack Web Developer, Team Manager, Video Engineer, Educator, and more. Carpenter is passionate about drawing on his diverse experiences to help others discover ways to maximize available tools to create out-of-the-box solutions to their complex and technical challenges. Barry now serves the AVL industry as he heads up Education and Customer Relations at THOR: AV. In his downtime you will find Barry traveling the country in an RV full-time with his family, exploring the country’s best National Parks, coffee shops, and breweries!
