Anthony Rodriguez began his career 15 years ago in the heart of the Hospitality and Entertainment world and his hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. Working his way through the ranks of the operation for Pure Management Group, Anthony quickly gained practical experience that prepared him for leadership positions at the pioneer Nightlife venues in the City. Anthony held leadership roles with responsibility over all service departments at LAX Nightclub & Noir Bar, Pure Nightclub, Coyote Ugly to list a few. With the transition in ownership from PMG to Angel Management Group, Anthony’s career expanded to the booming, Las Vegas driven, revenue generating experience of Daylife operations.
As a Senior Operator for the then newly formed Hakkasan Group, Anthony’s Hospitality experience and natural leadership allowed him to be a key member of the management teams at Liquid Pool at the Aria Resort, Bare Pool at the Mirage, and Wet Republic at the MGM Grand where he excelled at developing high performing teams and maximizing profitability. During his tenure with Hakkasan Group, he also opened the Hospitality group’s flagship venue Hakkasan, a 5-story Restaurant and Mega-club which grossed on average $1.2million per week for its first 2.5 years.
His understanding of service and operations combined with proven experience executing strategic goals, created a foundation for Anthony to be extremely successful in an Executive role as the Director of Operations for a multi-venue destination resort in Los Cabos, Mexico in partnership between Hakkasan and Mexican Resort giant Vidanta.  Anthony was directly responsible for opening Omnia Cabo, including the recruitment of a 400-person international workforce and developing service and operating standards for the venues. 
During the 2020 pandemic, Anthony transferred his operations and food/beverage experience to Nice Hospitality, the parent company to 6 quick service dining restaurants in Las Vegas, Utah, and Texas.  As Director of Operations, Anthony was instrumental in maximizing the performance of their brick and mortar locations, as well as establishing and developing a strong Stadium/Arena operations revenue and brand exposure channel.
 
As Vice President of Operations for Millipede Management, Anthony Rodriguez is responsible for and assisting in the complete infrastructure, planning, and buildout for a newly formed, multi-city hospitality company. With Operations in New Orleans, Las Vegas, and New York Millipede looks to be a new diverse leader in the hospitality world.
