Andrew Ginn is a 20+ year veteran in the production industry (dating back to when he was 15). Through that time Andrew has worked in several areas including casinos, concerts & touring, theater, corporate AVL, AVL integration, and church production. At Highlands, Andrew serves as an AVL systems engineer where he specializes in the areas of project management, AVL infrastructure & system design, lighting design & programming, and volunteer onboarding, training, and development. He is a 2012 graduate of the Entertainment Business Bachelor’s Program at Full Sail University and joined the Highlands team in May of 2019.
